1 Corinthians 6

1 Does anyone of you*, having a matter of strife toward the other, dare to have a lawsuit in front of the unrighteous and not in front of the holy, ones? 2 Or do you* not know that the holy, ones will be judging the world? And if the world is judged among you*, are you* unworthy of the least of courts? 3 Do you* not know that we will be judging the messengers? Why not judge the things of everyday life? 4 Therefore, if you* indeed have courts concerning things of everyday life, why are you* seating those who have been scorned in the congregation* as judges? 5 I am saying this to shame you*. So is there not one wise person among you*? Not even one who will be able to judge between his brethren? 6 But brother is has a lawsuit with brother, and that in front of unbelievers! 7 Therefore, it is indeed already a literal loss to you*, that you* have lawsuits with yourselves. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded? 8 But instead you* yourselves do wrong and defraud, and you * do these things to brethren.

9 Or do you* not know that the unrighteous will not be inheriting the kingdom of God? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor pedophiles, nor homosexuals, 10 nor the greedy ones, nor thieves, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will be inheriting the kingdom of God. 11 And some of you* were these, but you* were fully, washed, but you* were made holy, but you* were made righteous in the name of the Lord Jesus and in the Spirit of our God.

12 All things are legal for me, but not all things are advantageous. All things are legal for me, but I will not be brought, under the authority by anything. 13 Foods are for the belly and the belly is for foods, but God will be doing, away, with both this and these things. But the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.

14 Now God both raised up the Lord and will be raising us up through his power. 15 Do you* not know that your, your* bodies are members of Christ? Therefore, should I take the members of the Christ and make* them members of a prostitute? Let it not happen! 16 Therefore, do you* not know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For* he says, The two will become one flesh. {Gen. 2: 24} 17 But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit. 18 Flee fornication. Every sin, whatever a man practices, is outside the body, but he who is fornicating, sins toward his own body. 19 Or do you* not know that your, your* body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you*, whom you* have from God? And you* are not your, your* own; 20 for* you* were bought with a price. Glorify God in your, your* body and in your, your* spirit which is God' s!
