Modern Literal Version
[Philippians 3]

3:1 Furthermore, my brethren, rejoiceĎ in the Lord. Indeed, it is not tedious for me to write the same things to youĎ, but a secure thing for youĎ. 3:2 BewareĎof the dogs; bewareĎof the evil workers; bewareĎof the mutilation. 3:3 For* we are the circumcision, who are giving-divine service in the spirit of God, and boast in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh; 3:4although I myself might have confidence in the flesh; if some other is thinking to have confidence in the flesh, I yet even more. 3:5I was circumcised on the eighth day, from the race of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew out of Hebrews; according to the law, a Pharisee; 3:6according to zeal, I was persecuting the congregation*of believers; according to the righteousness in the law, I became blameless. 3:7 But what things were gains for me, I have deemed these a forfeiture because of the Christ. 3:8 But therefore, I am also deeming all things indeed to be a forfeiture because of the superiority of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, because of whom, I forfeited all things, and am deeming them to be but trash, in order that I may gain Christ, 3:9 and may be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own, which is fromthe law, but which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is from God upon the faith, 3:10 that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being transformed to his death; 3:11 if somehow I may achieve to the resurrection from the dead. 3:12 Not that I have already received it or have already been completed in this, but I am pursuing it, if I might grab that for which I was also grabbed by Christ Jesus. 3:13 Brethren, I do not reason to have grabbed it, but one thing I indeed do, forgetting the things which are behindme and stretching forth to the things which are before me. 3:14 I am pursuing according to the goalline toward the prize of the upward calling of God in Christ Jesus. 3:15 Therefore, as many as aremature, we should be mindful of this, and if youĎ are mindful of anyone differently, God will also be revealing this to youĎ; 3:16 however in what we have attained, we are to march by the same standard*, to be mindful of the same things.

3:17 Brethren, becomeĎ joint imitators of me, and noteĎ those who are walking so, just-as youĎhave us as an example. 3:18 For* many are walking, (of whom I was speaking to youĎ often aboutthem; now I am also telling youĎ, weeping), who are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 3:19whose end is destruction, whose god is the belly and whose glory is in their shame, who are mindful of earthly things. 3:20 For* our citizenship exists in the heavens; out of which we are also waiting for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. 3:21 He will fashion the body of our humbleness, *that*it may become transformed to the body of his glory, according to the working of which he is able to even subject all things to himself.
